An American Icon. I have a 1954 Greyhound Scenicruiser, restored back to the original specifications when new.

This Greyhound Scenicruiser is available to hire for most media work and photo shoots although anything will be considered. This Scenicruiser bus is based in Baltimore on the eastern side of America and can be driven within a reasonable distance from Baltimore, however, for any longer distance the Greyhound Scenicruiser will be transported on a low-loader, after all she is in retirement. The Greyhound Scenicruiser is also available in the UK with a reliable shipping line from Baltimore to Southampton.

This incredible Greyhound coach has undergone a full restoration to return her to her former glory and can seat 43 passengers. I have a full gallery of images to show you just how lovely she is.

The Coach

My 1954 Greyhound Scenicruiser PD4501-083 is the type of coach that was used from 1954 through to the 1970's and that were built between 1954 and 1956. A total of 1001 vehicles were made but there are now only around 11 seated Scenicruisers left in various conditions.

My Greyhound Scenicruiser is numbered 083 and is fully restored back to the original specifications when new; only the manual gearbox has been changed to an automatic due to parts availability.

The interior seating has been bought back to life with the original cloth manufacturer providing the very same cloth when new making her look fabulous. The Greyhound Scenicruiser seats 43 passengers with 10 on the lower deck and 33 on the upper deck. She is 40 feet in length and 11 feet 2 inches in height.

This vintage Greyhound bus is owned by UK based, self confessed Greyhound enthusiast Roy Hall who Time magazine labeled "Britain's Greatest Greyhound Fan".
